“Early Season” Additional NJF Pre-Festival Clinic Options
January 1st, 2027 - April 1st, 2027
★ SINGLE CLINIC SESSIONS:
Let NJF help prepare you and your students for your Philadelphia trip with 30 minute online Director Consultations, Student Lessons, or Sectionals. We are here to help you be your best!
Sessions begin January 2027.
You may customize your single Session as “Ensemble”, or “Soloists” or as “Sectional”.
All sessions must be completed by April 1, 2027.
★ 2027 NJF EARLY SEASON CLINICS PACKAGE:
Let NJF help prepare your ensemble for your Philadelphia trip via (3) three on-line 60 minute clinic sessions!
Example: Session 1 “Ensemble”, Session 2 “Soloists” & Session 3 “Sectional".
Sessions begin January 2027.
All three sessions must be completed by April 1, 2027.
Registration Fee: $900.00
"Master Class" Additional NJF Program
April 17th, 2027
Got a star student? Let them perform as part of the new live “NJF Master Class” session with one of our elite Jazz Artists at the festival!
It’s more than a brief private lesson. What better venue than the NJF for your emerging “stars” to perform surrounded by student musicians that show a desire to be the best?! Open to any NJF participant recommended by their school director.
Each registered “MCP” receives one-on-one help from an NJF world class artist, a 2027 Festival shirt and a pair of NJF sun glasses!
Registration Fee: $75.00
Additional NJF Pre-Festival Performance Programs
April 15th, 16th & 17th
★ Program 2 - $600.00 Registration Fee: Receive a 50 minute clinic from one of our elite NJF visiting artists. Let them fine tune your ensemble for the upcoming Convention Center festival!
Available April 15th, 16th, and 17th.
★ Program 3A - $300.00 Registration Fee: You and your students will tour a professional recording studio. Let them see and experience a lifetime of memories where the magic of recording music happens. Perfect career exploration choice for your students.
Available April 15th, 16th, and 17th.
★ Program 3B – $1000.00 Fee: Spend 90 minutes recording in an NJF approved professional recording studio. Create a lifetime of memories and return home with a stereo mix and tracked performance of your ensemble.
Available April 15th, 16th, and 17th.
★ Program 3C – $1750.00 Registration Fee: add an NJF world class guest soloist to your 3B recording project. info@nationaljazzfestival.org
Available April 15th, 16th, and 17th.
★ Program 4 – $2000.00 Registration Fee: This program is available April 15 -16. Experience a World Class Live Jazz Show with a Dinner coupon at a Philadelphia Jazz Club. Jazz Concert includes Dinner coupon and preferred seating for 20 students and their director.
*Additional tickets including dinner are available for parents & guests: $125.00 each
★ Program 5 – $2750.00 Registration Fee: Perform at one of Philadelphia’s Premier Jazz Clubs. Note this special NJF package is available on a limited basis April 15 -16. Perform with an elite NJF guest artist at one of the famous “Philadelphia Jazz Clubs”. You will rehearse with the artist and perform one set in the evening. Includes dinner coupon for 20 students and director. Additional tickets are available for parents & guests.
Live Streaming services of your show can be added to this package for $300.00.
Professional Video & Audio recording services of your show can be added to this package for $1000.00.

★ Program 6 – $75/Student Registration Fee: Pre-Register with NJF to be part of a NJF Philadelphia Jazz Club Jam Session! BRING YOUR INSTRUMENT! You and up to 20 of your kids can perform with or watch an NJF approved Jam Session and eat “Philadelphia Cheese Steak and Pretzels” ! (menu available) Note this special NJF package is available on a limited basis April 15-16.
