For six years, the National Jazz Festival has successfully provided colleges and universities the opportunity to recruit and network with thousands of students and teachers from all over America and multiple international locations

REGISTRATION FEE IS $750 AND INCLUDES:
★ 8’ x 30” Recruitment Table in our Exhibit Area
★ Full Page Advertisement in our Event Program
★ Recruit and Network with THOUSANDS of Students and Teachers From All Over America and Multiple International Locations
McCoy Tyner Performance Option 1A

Combines Option 1 with our 2nd annual Collegiate Jazz Performance Symposium.
We have secured you special NJF Partners for April 16th and April 17th 2026 - your choice of days.

REGISTRATION FEE IS $1,000 AND INCLUDES:

★ 1-hour performance/clinic session on 4/17 or 18 with NJF artist Doug Elliot and on 4/18 with members of the Jazz Ambassadors
★ A complementary group picture of your ensemble
★ $10.00 coupon towards an NJF T-Shirt.

Larry McKenna Intern Option:
​
We are also offering your collegiate students the opportunity to intern for the 8th Annual High School/Middle School National Jazz Festival Divisions on April 17th, at the fabulous Pennsylvania Convention Center! A great opportunity for you and your students to connect with some of the finest HS/MS ensembles from the region and the nation! We invite students from your music department to volunteer as Jazz ambassadors that represent your college.
They will work closely with our outstanding staff by assisting us behind the scenes with festival logistics that include a full day of educational clinics, adjudication, Jam sessions and over 50 performances.
★ This experience can not only be added to their professional resume as a staff member for one of the nation's largest Jazz Festivals but perpetuates our beloved art form for generations to come!

★ NJF "Intern Volunteers" receive their name and college affiliation in our “Event Program Booklet”

★ NJF is a 501c3 charity and is approved as a Community Service Hours event.

Contact NJF to discuss becoming one of our many NJF clinicians & adjudicators! The NJF is the perfect recruitment venue for your vocal & instrumental Jazz department.
★ We offer hands on opportunities for Professors from your Performing Arts department to meet prospective students.
★ Your college will receive a complementary full page ad in the “Event Program” for your participation.
